TaxProsRated is operated by Aurum Transfers Limited, c/o Ocho Rios Post Office, Ocho Rios, Saint Ann, Jamaica.

We want everyone to be able to use TaxProsRated, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control.

Our target. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site, including the AI assistant, calculators, downloads and checkout.

What we do. We use semantic page structure, text alternatives for images, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, labelled form fields, captions or transcripts for video, and layouts that work at 200% zoom. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks before each release.

Known limits. Some third-party content, such as ads, embedded maps and the PayPal checkout window, is controlled by others and may not fully meet our target. Some older PDFs may not be fully tagged; we will provide an accessible version on request.

Tell us about a problem. Email accessibility@taxprosrated.com with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to fix the problem or offer the information another way.
