Advertiser Agreement

This Agreement is between Aurum Transfers Limited (trading as TaxProsRated), a company registered in Jamaica ("we", "us"), and the business buying advertising ("you"). Advertising is available to businesses based in the United States only. It covers sponsored placements, listing upgrades and newsletter sponsorships (each an "Ad"). You accept it by signing an order form or paying our invoice. The order form sets out the product, price, term and pages.

1. The products

  • Sponsored placement: one slot per state on state-directory and preparer-record pages, flat fee of [price]/month per state. Labelled "Sponsored. Paid placement; not a ranking or recommendation."
  • Listing upgrade: logo, short description, hours, languages and website link added to your public-record profile, [price]/year. Shown in a box labelled "Information supplied by the business (paid listing upgrade). Not checked by TaxProsRated and doesn't affect order or answers." Basic public-record profiles stay free. No contact forms.
  • Newsletter sponsorship: a sponsored item in a newsletter issue, [price] per issue. Labelled Sponsored at the top.

2. What paid Ads never do

  • Ads are always labelled and kept separate from rankings, ratings, directory order and AI assistant answers.
  • We never sell better positions, "verified", "recommended" or "top-rated" badges, and no fee changes how we write about you.
  • Ads don't let users send inquiries through us.

3. No outcome guarantees

We don't guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, leads, clients or revenue. Any traffic figures we share are estimates.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own claims and content. It must be true, not misleading, and lawful, including FTC rules, state consumer law, IRS Circular 230 advertising rules where they apply to you, and professional-body rules.
  • You are responsible for holding and keeping any licences, credentials, PTIN and registrations you need. Don't claim a credential you don't hold or imply IRS endorsement.
  • You confirm you have the rights to logos and content you give us, and grant us a licence to display them for the term.

5. Banned advertisers and content

We don't accept Ads for: loans of any kind (including refund advances), debt relief, or "IRS settlement", "pennies on the dollar" or tax-debt resolution offers; guaranteed-refund or outcome promises; anything illegal, deceptive or discriminatory.

6. Our right to remove

We can refuse, pause or remove any Ad at any time, for any reason, including complaints, accuracy concerns or policy breaches. If we remove an Ad without you being at fault, we refund the unused prepaid part. If you breached this Agreement, no refund is due.

7. Fees and payment

Fees are in USD as set out in the order form, payable in advance. We invoice you directly and you pay through PayPal; PayPal processes payments and we never see your card details. Fees are tax-exclusive. Taxes may apply where required. We are not registered for Jamaican GCT; if that changes, GCT will be shown on the invoice before payment. Recurring Ads renew for the same term unless either party cancels before the renewal date; you can cancel online or by email to hello@taxprosrated.com, effective at the end of the paid period.

8. Term and ending

The Agreement runs for the term in the order form. Either party may end it for material breach not fixed within 14 days of notice. We may end it immediately for a breach of sections 4 or 5.

9. Data

We'll give you aggregate reports only (for example, impressions and clicks). We don't share visitor personal data with advertisers.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except as stated, the service is provided as is. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your indemnity or to liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Indemnity

You'll cover our losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) from claims about your Ads, your services, your credentials or your breach of this Agreement or the law.

12. General

Governed by the laws of Jamaica, courts of Jamaica. We may update this Agreement with 30 days' notice; you can end it before a change applies and get a refund of unused prepaid fees. You may not transfer it without our consent. This, with the order form, is the whole agreement. Notices: hello@taxprosrated.com.
