These terms cover TaxProsRated courses run by Aurum Transfers Limited (Jamaica). They add to our Terms of Use and Sales Terms (payment, refunds and where paid products are available).

1. Bookkeeping course

• Finishing the course earns a certificate of completion. It shows you completed our course. It is not a certification, licence or professional qualification, and you must not describe yourself as "certified" because of it.
• We make no promise of a job, clients, income or any career result.

2. AFSP prep and overview

This course is an overview of, and preparation for, the IRS Annual Filing Season Program.

Not IRS-approved; does not earn CE credit.

It does not give you an AFSP Record of Completion, continuing-education credit or any IRS status.

3. Information only

Courses are general education, not tax, legal or financial advice. Tax rules change; content reflects the date shown.

4. Access and use

Access is for one person, for as long as we offer the course. Course videos and webinar recordings are hosted on our own servers and deleted within 90 days after the course or webinar is withdrawn; download any materials you want to keep before then. Don't share logins or redistribute materials. Webinars or live sessions are announced as recorded where they are, and you consent at registration.

5. Third-party EA courses

Links to enrolled agent exam-prep providers (such as Surgent) on /learn are affiliate links. Those courses are sold by the provider under its terms. See our Advertising Disclosure.

6. Liability and law

Liability is limited to the course fee paid. Jamaican law applies; consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law where they live.
