Sales Terms: Digital Products and Subscriptions

These terms apply when you buy a report, pack, template, webinar, course or subscription from TaxProsRated, run by Aurum Transfers Limited (Jamaica). They add to our Terms of Use.
1. Who sells to you
The seller is Aurum Transfers Limited (trading as TaxProsRated). Payments are made directly to us through PayPal. PayPal processes payments and we never see your card details. We issue your receipt, deliver the product and provide support.
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude tax. Taxes may apply where required. Aurum Transfers Limited is not registered for Jamaican General Consumption Tax (GCT); if that changes, GCT will be shown before you pay.
1A. Where we sell
Paid products are available only to buyers in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada (except Saskatchewan) and these Caribbean countries and territories: Jamaica, Guyana, Belize, Cayman Islands, Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, St Kitts & Nevis, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Turks & Caicos, Bermuda, Montserrat, and Trinidad & Tobago. We may limit where paid products are available. We don't sell paid products in the EU/EEA or the UK. Advertising and white-label calculator subscriptions are sold to US businesses only and are invoiced directly by us via PayPal.

Reports and packs are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Each one carries this wording:
General information based on the answers you gave, not tax, legal or financial advice. We don't prepare returns or represent you. Confirm with a qualified tax professional before you file.
- They list filings that may apply to you. They don't conclude that you must file anything, don't calculate tax, and don't complete any forms.
- Templates say: "Sample template. Adapt it to your situation with a qualified professional."
- Report questionnaires collect minimal answers only. Don't enter your SSN/TIN, account numbers or exact income; we don't ask for them. Your answers are deleted 30 days after the report is generated.
3. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the product is faulty or wasn't delivered and we can't fix or deliver it promptly. Email support@taxprosrated.com with your order number. Refunds are paid by us through PayPal to your original payment method. This doesn't affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
4. Subscriptions
This applies to TaxProsRated Plus (AI assistant and alerts plan), the paid newsletter, white-label embeds (US businesses only, invoiced directly via PayPal) and API plans.
- Before you buy we show the price, billing period, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel.
- Consent: at checkout you tick an unticked box: "I agree this renews automatically at [price]/[period] until I cancel."
- Renewal: your subscription renews at the end of each period at the price shown, unless you cancel. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
- Reminders: for annual plans we email you 7 to 30 days before renewal.
- Emails: you get a confirmation when you subscribe and when you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel online in one click from the link in any subscription email or on your subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- No pro-rated refunds for part-periods unless the law requires them.
- Fair use: "unlimited" AI use is for one person's own use and may be limited to stop abuse or automated use.
- Alerts are information only. We don't guarantee we'll catch every change or deadline.
- Plus doesn't include report credits unless the product page says so.
Subscription management uses an emailed sign-in link. It isn't a public account.
5. Delivery
Downloads and reports are delivered on screen and by email straight after payment. If something doesn't arrive, email support@taxprosrated.com.
6. Licence
Products are for your own personal or internal business use. You may adapt templates for yourself. Don't resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
7. Liability
Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow a limit. We aren't liable for tax penalties, interest or decisions made from a report or template. Consumers keep their mandatory legal rights.
8. Law
Jamaican law applies. Consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law where they live.
