Job Board Terms

These terms cover the TaxProsRated job board for tax and bookkeeping roles, run by Aurum Transfers Limited (Jamaica). They add to our Terms of Use.

1. Job seekers

  • The job board is free for job seekers. No one may charge you to apply.
  • Applications go directly to the employer, by the method in the listing. We aren't the employer or a recruiter, and we don't check employers or guarantee any job.
  • Never send your SSN, bank details or money to apply. Report suspicious listings to support@taxprosrated.com.

2. Employers

Employers pay [price] per listing for [listing period], in USD, tax-exclusive (taxes may apply where required), paid to Aurum Transfers Limited (trading as TaxProsRated) through PayPal under our Sales Terms. By posting, you agree:

  • Equal opportunity: you comply with all equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws. Listings must not discriminate on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other protected characteristic.
  • You are responsible for your posting: it's a real, open job at your organisation; it's accurate and lawful; and it includes pay information where the law requires it (for example, US state pay-transparency laws). You're responsible for that pay information being accurate.
  • No pay-to-apply: you won't charge applicants any fee, require purchases or training, or collect sensitive data before an offer.
  • No commission-only or MLM schemes disguised as jobs, and no loan, debt-relief or "IRS settlement" businesses.
  • You'll handle applicant data lawfully.

3. Our rights

We can refuse or remove any listing at any time. If we remove it without you being at fault, we refund the unused part; otherwise no refund. Listings are labelled as paid job postings and don't affect rankings, profiles or AI answers.

4. Liability and law

Our liability to employers is capped at the fees paid for the listing. Employers cover our losses from claims about their listings or hiring. Jamaican law applies.
