A person on our team reviews every listing by hand before it appears. We check that the profile is coherent and that the credentials you list are the kind we recognise. We will email you if we need anything.
3.Go live in the directory
Once approved, your profile is published and discoverable — people searching the directory for a professional in your jurisdiction can find you and reach out directly through the contact routing on your page.

Who can list a practice?
Tax professionals who hold a recognised credential — such as an IRS PTIN, a state CPA board licence, Enrolled Agent status, an Australian TPB registration, or a local equivalent. You list the credentials you hold; our review step checks they are the kind the directory recognises before publishing.
What does the review actually check?
A person on our team reads each profile before it goes live. We check that the practice details are coherent, that the credentials listed are a type we recognise, and that the copy follows our content rules. We are not certifying anyone — we are keeping the directory worth searching.
What is free, and what is not?
Creating a profile and appearing in the directory is free, with no time limit. Paid tiers add presentation and placement features — a photo, a longer bio, a service-area map, higher sort priority. You can run indefinitely on the free tier and upgrade only if it earns its keep.
How do upgrades and billing work?
You publish on the free tier today. Paid tiers are listed so you can see what they include, but billing is not switched on yet — when it activates you will choose a plan from your dashboard and nothing is charged before then. Your listing stays live on Free in the meantime.
